ALCZX-6 High speed Flexo Printing, Slotting and Die-cutting Machine

This Flexo printing machine is used for multi-color printing, slotting, die-cutting of corrugated paperboard. With Stacker.

Introduction:

 

This machine can constitute the double-color, 3-color,4-color and 5-color printing & slotting machines which can simultaneously accomplish the process of printing, separate cutting, creasing, slotting and corner cutting, it is automatic feeding.

2. Choose the good quality materials and fittings.

3. Add the hardness to the drive gear and grind it. The Rockwell hardness must be more than 60o.

6. Chrome plating to all the roll bearings to increase the hardness.

7. Digital inputting electric phase or imported PLC and multi-functional control of the touch screen is adopted. (Optional)
